This position requires strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Chinese . The IT Manager will provide technical support to faculty, students, and administrative staff and help ensure the smooth operation of both online and in-person classes.

IT Manager Job Description:
The Information Technology Manager manages information technology and computer systems. Maintain the University's effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field At least two years of IT related experience Good communication and collaboration skills Preferred Requirements Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills At least five years of IT related experience Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment Detailed Job Functions Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, platforms, networks, and printers. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks up to date and respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Set up and manage accounts for new employees or users among different systems. (e.g. Moodle, G-suite, other systems.) Troubleshoot for any software and hardware related issues. Research for new software, hardware solutions for UEWM's students and employees and plan the system upgrade toward cloud, SaaS and more integrated direction. Manage all aspects of the Learning Management System, including creating accounts, creating courses, uploading quizzes or any new software platform if needed. Maintain the IT related vendor/service provider list and account list. Provide training to the students, professors for the IT software and hardware UEWM uses. Prepare reports and reviews upon request. Support the operation of online and in-person courses for the doctoral program. Assist with organizing course rosters, attendance records, course materials, and academic documents.Pay:
