We are a restaurant company that operates in contract food service. That means you will have the freedom to be creative, take risks, and truly shine. We are committed to our staff growing, trying new things, and learning all that they can. Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people! Job Summary The Director of Technology is a senior technical leadership role responsible for driving the full technology strategy, systems integration, data intelligence, and digital infrastructure for a large-scale national corporate dining account. This individual serves as the account's embedded technology executive — a leader who partners with Culinary, Operations, and Finance to design, build, and scale the systems that power service delivery, benchmarking, and business intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of technology and hospitality. The Director will be the primary architect of how data flows from cafe operations, micro-kitchen services (MKs), events, and all other dining service lines into dashboards and reports that drive real decisions. They will build and maintain the KPI infrastructure that allows events, operations, culinary, and finance leaders to benchmark performance, understand consumption trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This is a hands-on builder role. The ideal candidate is fluent in modern coding languages, AI/ML tooling, and enterprise platforms (Smartsheet, Microsoft 365), with a proven track record of architecting systems and dashboards that translate complex operational data into executive-ready insights. Food service or hospitality background is not required; intellectual curiosity and a builder's mindset are essential. Hospitality KPI Framework & Benchmarking A core responsibility of this role is establishing, maintaining, and evolving the account's KPI framework across all dining service channels.
