What you'll be doing
In this role as an In-Building/Venue Project Manager, you will join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining the market's in-building/venue systems. This role focuses on managing and driving vendors to complete milestones (leasing, regulatory, permitting) and successfully handing off projects to the Construction Team. Your day to day tasks include, but are not limited to:
Project management (for the In-Building program and Commnet program)
Milestone tracking and data management
Performing lease due diligence
Representing client in communications with landlords
Escalating issues to management with recommendations included
Managing Purchase Orders You will manage data integrity and support Tracker clean up initiatives where needed. You will coordinate internal team members and external vendors to ensure milestone delivery.
On an as needed basis, you will attend meetings amongst various cross functional teams to represent Real Estate interest.
You will be responsible for presenting issues, proposals and progress to leadership in a clear and effective fashion. The successful candidate will be able to keep up with a fast paced environment, build and foster relationships with internal teams and peers, and support the implementation of In-Building solutions. You are well versed in telecommunications, have knowledge of the site acquisition process, enjoy problem solving and are data-driven. You are a team player and can work collaboratively across internal teams (including RF, Construction/Implementation, Network Operations, Transport, and Legal) to achieve organizational and program goals. You are excellent with tapping into a variety of resources and tools to solve problems. Organization, prioritization and tools are your strong suit. You are inquisitive, take initiative, offer recommendations for leadership consideration, and understand site-specific issues on an as-needed basis, while understanding any larger impacting factors- meaning, you have the ability to see the bigger picture. Must Have Skills
- Bachelor's degree or at least five years of relevant work experience
- FUZE
- Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)
- Organization Even better if you have:
- Experience in using Unefi and Qlik.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Site Acquisition experience.
