Job Description

Director of Technology Our client is looking for a hands-on IT leader to take ownership of a growing, largely cloud-based technology environment. This is a role for someone who genuinely likes being in the mix day to day, not just directing from a distance. You'll oversee a small team, manage a wide range of systems, and have a direct line to the COO on where technology is headed next. San Gabriel Valley Area, CA (fully onsite with occasional travel)
Compensation:
This job is expected to pay about $155,000-$170,000 No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
What You'll Do:
Administer and manage a predominantly Azure-based cloud environment, including CRM and student information systems Oversee Active Directory, a VOIP phone system, and organization-wide print and copier infrastructure Manage centralized physical security systems, including alarms and cameras Support a learning management system and other smaller technology platforms Partner with the COO and a team of 4 to keep IT operations running smoothly across a growing organization What Gets You the

Hands-on experience administering a cloud-based environment Strong working knowledge of Azure and Active Directory General familiarity with servers, firewalls, and core IT infrastructure Well-rounded background across phone systems, general security, and day-to-day IT operations Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity while still contributing at a strategic level
