- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security or related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- CISCO, VMware, Microsoft, EMC, ITIL, PMP Certifications are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
- Five years of management experience preferred.
- Five or more prior years of experience in a systems and/or network administrator role working with Dell, Cisco or HP Servers, CISCO network equipment, storage and replication technologies and Microsoft desktop and server technologies.
- Previous project management and team leadership experience preferred.
- Experience working in large virtualized multi-site data center environments (400 servers or more)
- Experience with Enterprise and Infrastructure Architecture concepts
- Experience with active/passive and active/active data center environments including real-time cross-site replication. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of IT infrastructure professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, performance management, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to develop infrastructure strategies that support organizational goals, growth initiatives, and evolving technology needs.
- Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of servers, storage, networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise infrastructure systems.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, technology standardization, asset management, and service delivery best practices.
- Manage infrastructure-related projects, including upgrades, implementations, system enhancements, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and regulatory compliance efforts to ensure organizational readiness and system resilience.
- Collaborate with hospital departments, vendors, and IT partners to identify technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
- Participate in budget planning, technology roadmapping, and long-term infrastructure planning to support BCH's strategic objectives.
- Ensure infrastructure services, support requests, and technology initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with organizational priorities.
