This is a salaried/exempt position.
Boulder Community Health is seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, operation, and support of the organization's IT infrastructure environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing a team of technical IT professionals while providing strategic oversight of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and related systems that support BCH's clinical and business operations. The Technical Infrastructure Manager partners closely with IT leadership and operational stakeholders to establish infrastructure standards, drive technology initiatives, ensure system reliability and security, and align infrastructure services with organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a healthcare environment.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security or related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
CISCO, VMware, Microsoft, EMC, ITIL, PMP Certifications are preferred.
Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
Five years of management experience preferred.
Five or more prior years of experience in a systems and/or network administrator role working with Dell, Cisco or HP Servers, CISCO network equipment, storage and replication technologies and Microsoft desktop and server technologies.
Previous project management and team leadership experience preferred.
Experience working in large virtualized multi-site data center environments (400 servers or more)
Experience with Enterprise and Infrastructure Architecture concepts
Experience with active/passive and active/active data center environments including real-time cross-site replication. Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of IT infrastructure professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, performance management, and opportunities for professional growth.
Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to develop infrastructure strategies that support organizational goals, growth initiatives, and evolving technology needs.
Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of servers, storage, networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise infrastructure systems.
Drive operational excellence through process improvement, technology standardization, asset management, and service delivery best practices.
Manage infrastructure-related projects, including upgrades, implementations, system enhancements, and technology refresh initiatives.
Support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and regulatory compliance efforts to ensure organizational readiness and system resilience.
Collaborate with hospital departments, vendors, and IT partners to identify technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
Participate in budget planning, technology roadmapping, and long-term infrastructure planning to support BCH's strategic objectives.
Ensure infrastructure services, support requests, and technology initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with organizational priorities.
