We are looking for a highly organized, technically skilled IT Operations & Network Services Administrator to work alongside our Director of Information Technology. Competitive salary Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Collaborative Team Environment Position Summary The IT Operations & Network Services Administrator partners with the Director of Information Technology to oversee network services, manage technology projects, coordinate vendors, maintain IT infrastructure, and support the daily operations of a growing multi-location organization. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, IT requests are followed through to completion, technology expenses are managed appropriately, and systems remain reliable and secure. Key Responsibilities IT Operations & Infrastructure Maintain and support the company's local server farm and network infrastructure. Monitor network performance and coordinate with internet service providers to resolve outages and connectivity issues. Understand telecom circuits, network cabling, and telecommunications orders. Assist with the administration of Microsoft licensing and software subscriptions. Order and coordinate deployment of credit card terminals and payment devices. Order IT equipment, hardware, and supplies through Amazon, NCR, Level, and other approved vendors. Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and documentation. Support new store openings, remodels, relocations, and technology installations. Maintain knowledge of security camera systems and assist with installations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Assist with hardware deployments, software rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades. IT Service Management Monitor the IT ticketing system daily to ensure requests are assigned, progressing appropriately, and completed within established service levels. Follow up with technicians, vendors, and end users to ensure timely resolution of all support tickets. Escalate critical issues when necessary and communicate status updates to leadership. Identify recurring technical issues and recommend long-term solutions. Project Management Coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation. Develop project timelines, milestones, and project documentation. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and contractors. Identify project risks and communicate updates to the Director of IT. Assist with technology implementations and infrastructure improvements across multiple locations. Vendor & Financial Administration Review, reconcile, and approve IT-related invoices for accuracy. Coordinate purchase orders and vendor billing. Track IT expenditures and assist with departmental budgeting. Ensure invoices align with approved contracts and completed work. Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers. Administrative Support Review and approve timecards for remote IT employees. Maintain organized records, contracts, warranties, and licensing documentation. Recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of IT. Travel to company locations as needed to support projects, installations, training, and technology initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Certificates, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in IT operations, network administration, systems administration, or IT project management. Strong understanding of networking concepts, telecommunications, server infrastructure, and IT operations. Experience with Microsoft licensing and enterprise software management. Experience managing vendors, technology procurement, and invoice approvals. Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and service management best practices. Experience with security camera systems is preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Preferred Experience Multi-location or enterprise IT environments. Network administration and infrastructure support. Telecom circuit management and network cabling. PCI/payment terminal deployments. Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise technology environments. Vendor management and project coordination.
