Set and execute IT strategy aligned to City goals; translate priorities into roadmaps and budgets Lead enterprise deployments across software, hardware, and infrastructure; ensure steady service delivery Oversee networking, cloud computing, data centers, and cybersecurity programs Manage vendor partnerships, procurement, and contract negotiations Mentor and develop a diverse IT team; communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field (or equivalent combination) 5+ years of progressively responsible IT experience emphasizing networking, cybersecurity, server virtualization, and IT operations Proven success delivering enterprise-level projects; strong troubleshooting and decision-making under pressure Valid Colorado Driver's license Apply to help shape the City's technology direction and keep critical services running.
