Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a versatile Head of AI & IT Operations to bridge high-level corporate strategy with hands-on technical execution. In this role, you will lead a lean team of IT technicians, design and implement cutting-edge AI and IT infrastructure, and act as a strategic partner to C-level executives. You are equally comfortable configuring systems alongside your team and presenting technical roadmaps to leadership.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory:

Translate C-suite objectives into scalable AI initiatives, automation workflows, and IT infrastructure roadmaps.

Hands-On Execution:

Architect, deploy, and maintain core IT systems, cloud environments, and AI/automation tools.

Team Leadership:

Manage, mentor, and direct a small team of IT technicians, ensuring high performance and technical rigor.

Process Automation:

Identify operational bottlenecks across the organization and deploy AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.

Vendor & Budget Management:

Oversee software licensing, hardware procurement, vendor relationships, and IT security compliance. Requirements 2+ years managing technical teams; strong communication and stakeholder management. AI & Automation Proven experience deploying AI models, LLM APIs, enterprise AI tools, and workflow automation. IT & Infrastructure Hands-on expertise in cloud administration (AWS, Azure, or GCP), networking, cybersecurity, and system administration. Problem Solving Ability to balance strategic vision with daily technical troubleshooting.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
