We're looking for an experienced IT leader who is passionate about technology, innovation, and supporting the systems that keep healthcare running efficiently. Position Summary The Manager of IT Infrastructure is responsible for leading the organization's Information Technology operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across the organization. This role oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor relationships, business continuity planning, and the daily operations of the IT department while leading and developing the IT team. What You'll Do Lead and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure and operations. Develop and implement technology strategies that support organizational goals. Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of networks, systems, and enterprise information. Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Analyze system performance and recommend infrastructure improvements. Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service providers. Lead IT security audits and investigations. Hire, mentor, and develop IT staff while managing team performance. Assign and oversee technology projects from planning through completion. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Five (5) years of progressively responsible IT operations experience, including leadership of technology teams and large-scale IT projects.
