Participate in projects as an Environments/Release Management resource teaching, supporting, and reviewing designs, plans and execution of associated activities. Perform POC on new ideas to enhance the functionality of existing ServiceNow Release Management Module, and present the same to the team. Assist team with Service Now related queries. Develop, test Release Templates, and present the same to the stakeholders, as well as assist them in performing User Acceptance Testing. Evaluate new Service Now features (Response Template, Document Management) and present them to the management. Create knowledge articles related to Release Management functionality, and Service Now features. Develop IT policies and practices. Position Requirements - a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in CS, IT, IS, Comp Appls, Electr/Electrnc Eng,Bus Admin, Mgmt,Eng(Any) or related field. Special Requirements -Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer. The employer is in the field of Information Technology implementing projects for clients in various states throughout the United States of America. Depending on the scope of the project, these implementations could sometimes take days, weeks, months, or years. Hence, the beneficiary may have to either travel or relocate to these client sites depending on the duration of the project. Therefore, the employer has indicated that the position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.
