Job Description
at White Oak iT Solutions LLC in Aurora, Illinois, United States Job Description Assist in the management of multiple complex environments to ensure continuous systems availability, in support of IT services/products including build, maintenance and testing - throughout the release lifecycle. Participate in projects as an Environments/Release Management resource teaching, supporting, and reviewing designs, plans and execution of associated activities. Perform POC on new ideas to enhance the functionality of existing ServiceNow Release Management Module, and present the same to the team. Assist team with Service Now related queries. Develop, test Release Templates, and present the same to the stakeholders, as well as assist them in performing User Acceptance Testing. Evaluate new Service Now features (Response Template, Document Management) and present them to the management. Create knowledge articles related to Release Management functionality, and Service Now features. Develop IT policies and practices. Position Requirements - a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in CS, IT, IS, Comp Appls, Electr/Electrnc Eng,Bus Admin, Mgmt,Eng(Any) or related field. Special Requirements -Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer. The employer is in the field of Information Technology implementing projects for clients in various states throughout the United States of America. Depending on the scope of the project, these implementations could sometimes take days, weeks, months, or years. Hence, the beneficiary may have to either travel or relocate to these client sites depending on the duration of the project. Therefore, the employer has indicated that the position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer. The position does not require any international travel. But it requires travel within the nation. Also, the travel frequency depends on the projects that is being assigned. Since this is a future position, providing a timeline and the frequency of travel for a project that will be assigned at a later stage is currently not possible. Therefore, the employer has indicated that the position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.
