Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO This role drives end-to-end delivery across IT and business teams, ensures alignment with organizational standards, and mentors project managers within the PMO while scaling project management practices. IT PMO Manager Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional IT and business technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget accountability Evolve PMO standards, methodologies, and templates to support a growing, project-based organization Mentor and support PMO project managers, providing guidance on delivery approach and issue resolution Facilitate collaboration across IT Services, Business Systems, field operations, corporate teams, and vendors Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting Enforce change management practices, including testing, documentation, communication, and stakeholder readiness Manage resources, budgets, priorities, and escalations across multiple concurrent initiatives Communicate clearly with stakeholders and leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation plans IT PMO Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 5+ years of IT or business application project management experience; project-based or construction environments preferred Experience mentoring project managers within a PMO Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Solid understanding of IT systems, software development, and change management Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills Build a rewarding long-term career with us at CFS—when we knock, doors open.
