Job Description
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university by hire date Minimum of 2 years of experience with technology/systems administration Experience working with educational technologies, various forms of new media, and relevant subject-specific technology Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their integration within higher education environmentsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with higher education systems, including Student Information Systems (SIS), third-party LTI integrations, and accessibility compliance tools Familiarity with higher education processes, such as term start and end-of-term workflows, academic checkpoint monitoring, and section cross-listing/merging Track record of implementing successful educational technology initiatives Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technology and educational trends Fiscally responsible with technology solutions Experience developing and delivering professional development programs for faculty Commitment to working with a diverse group of faculty, student workers and graduate assistantsREQUIRED DOCUMENTS
