This role is ideal for a data-minded product professional who enjoys working across product, engineering, design, and machine learning to help shape, launch, and improve high-impact homepage experiences. Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional partners to move homepage experience initiatives from intake through design, implementation, and measurement. Help balance personalized content with business priorities to support strong customer outcomes and page performance. Work closely with machine learning partners to improve model performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Support clear decision-making by communicating trade-offs and opportunities tied to homepage and personalization choices. Champion measurement quality and consistency to help guide ongoing testing and optimization. Facilitate productive conversations across product, design, engineering, and analytics stakeholders. Use data and reporting to inform prioritization, track progress, and support continuous improvement. Skills Experience coordinating cross-functional work in a digital product or product management environment. Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats. Comfort facilitating meetings and aligning multiple stakeholders around shared goals. Hands-on experience with collaboration and project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience working with design and engineering teams to bring digital experiences from concept to launch. Preferred Skills Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI tools. Understanding of personalization, experimentation, and performance measurement. Experience improving digital experiences for different customer segments.
