This pivotal role involves managing a broad spectrum of IT operations, ensuring system security, optimizing network performance, and supporting innovative technology solutions that drive business success. The ideal candidate will oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, and security across on‑premesis and cloud environments. This role ensures reliable systems, secure networks, and responsive support while driving continuous improvement and technology alignment with business needs. Responsibilities Manage on‑prem and cloud infrastructure, core services, and identity management Oversee Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and email/security tools Maintain servers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems Support enterprise networking: firewalls, switches, VPN, Wi‑Fi Lead endpoint hardening, patching, and security tooling (EDR/MDR, SIEM, vulnerability mgmt.) Administer cloud platforms and support automation/scripting Execute Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans Manage vendors, licensing, budgets, and IT asset lifecycle Maintain IT policies, documentation, and compliance requirements Collaborate with cross‑site teams and support specialized/legacy systems as needed Qualifications 6-8 years IT experience; degree or equivalent Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 Proficiency in networking, virtualization, and backup technologies Working knowledge of cloud platforms and scripting (PowerShell required) Solid understanding of security principles, DR/BCP, and IT best practices Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and documentation Compliance or regulated‑industry experience a plus Relevant certifications a plus
