The IT Relationship Manager acts as the primary liaison between business divisions and IT teams, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals and operational priorities. This role focuses on relationship management, technology advisory, project governance, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for technology-related needs across assigned divisions. Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to understand business processes and recommend appropriate technology solutions. Review and qualify IT intake requests to ensure clear business outcomes and smooth project delivery. Support development of IT roadmaps and ensure alignment between IT strategy and business objectives. Approve software purchases and perform market analysis for suitable technology solutions. Lead project governance activities, including prioritization, business value assessment, cost estimation, and implementation planning. Manage escalations and communicate issues effectively with senior leadership. Conduct governance and stakeholder meetings, maintain meeting documentation, and encourage cross-team collaboration. Track KPIs, enhance dashboards and automation for performance monitoring, and support organization-wide initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in at least two IT disciplines such as application development, infrastructure, cloud, networking, middleware, or database management. Strong understanding of emerging technologies, Agile methodologies, product management, and IT solution delivery. Experience in relationship management, solution management, demand management, or customer success roles. Ability to work with diverse technologies and platforms. Strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience interacting with senior executives and both technical and business teams.Similar remote jobs
