Summary:
The IT Manager Lending System Applications leads the Technology development and support of the Lending platform and integration. The role requires managing a team of analysts and contractors supporting the technology for Core lending Platform. Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum of eight years' lending platform experience requiredKnowledge of FISERV - Loan Director /Velocity LOS is highly preferredExperience in Auto Lending process and Underwriting strategy.

Minimum four years managing lending operations requiredMinimum five years' IT project and platform management experience requiredGood understanding of SQL, databases (MS SQL Server, or Oracle) requiredScripting experience such as Python, Perl, Shell or Batch preferredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audienceAble to work cross functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Job Responsibilities:
Builds member-centric development approach to track all the business needs, handle the service requests and production incidents. Champions the development process through collaborating with multiple business teams and Lending platform vendors to facilitate requirement gathering, design, build, test, implementation and platform support.

Manages the development, design and execution of Lending IT development projects including POS and LOS platformsCoordinates with Lending partners and platform vendors to establish SLAs, assess quality of the deliverables from vendorsManages vendor team deliverables quality and hold accountable to ensure Lending business interests are protectedManages various Lending platform vendor integrations, user access and permission provisioning, product parameter and pricing configurationWorks closely with Business SMEs and Lending business leaders to document and define the requirements to create the backlog of improvements/enhancementsCoordinates with cross functional teams to plan projects, track delivery, communicate project status, risks and issues Publishes Weekly Status reports on the various initiatives, publish the platform monthly metrics for Governance & Steering committee meetingsAdheres to IT standards, Compliance, Internal / External audits and SDLC processPerform all duties inherent in the role of manager Benefits of Joining the

Paid time off for vacation, personal days, and holidays401(k) company contribution Teachers pays 100% of Dental & Vision premium Tuition reimbursement is offered to full-time employees Exclusive employee discount of 0.96% APR on credit card loans and a 1.00% APR on all other loans through Teachers The good faith range for this position is $120,500 - $150,750 per year. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
