This role drives operational excellence, strategic growth, and team leadership across multiple regional centers.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership:

Direct daily operations, staffing, hiring, and performance management.

Strategic Growth:

Partner with sales/marketing to identify new business ventures and analyze market trends.

Process Improvement:

Utilize data analytics and Lean/Six Sigma to optimize quality and patient engagement.

Stakeholder Relations:

Serve as the liaison to health systems and report performance trends to Senior Leadership.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration required; Master's/MBA or RT(M)/RDMS preferred.

Experience:

5-8 years in healthcare operations leadership or commercial strategy (Radiology/Medical practice preferred).

Skills:

Strong business acumen, P&L management, data analysis, and excellent communication.

Requirements:
