Job Description This is a consultative sales role focused on developing strategic relationships, identifying customer challenges, and selling complex managed services and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities within airports, airlines, and related transportation organizations. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including technology, operations, and executive leaders, to understand business needs and uncover opportunities. Generate sales opportunities through networking, industry events, referrals, outbound prospecting, and existing market relationships. Lead complex sales cycles from initial outreach through discovery, proposal development, contract negotiation, and close. Partner with technical and operational teams to create tailored solutions that address customer challenges and operational requirements. Expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and identification of additional service opportunities. Maintain an active pipeline, accurate forecasting, and regular CRM updates while consistently working toward revenue and growth targets. The Successful Applicant 5 to 10 years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Experience selling professional services, managed services, IT staffing/workforce solutions, and/or service management solutions. Demonstrated success developing and managing a portfolio of customer accounts. Strong prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent relationship-building abilities with executive-level stakeholders. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics Preferred Experience Experience supporting aviation, transportation, logistics, or other highly regulated industries. Existing relationships within aviation-related organisations. Experience selling into airlines, airports, maintenance organisations, aviation service providers, or aerospace companies. Knowledge of IT service management, service desk solutions, managed services, workforce solutions, or enterprise technology services. Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline. What's on Offer Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential.
