They are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure operations while managing a team of technical professionals. Manage and mentor a team of systems and network engineers/administrators. Oversee networking technologies including switching, wireless, and network access control solutions. Ensure reliability, performance, and security of on-premises and cloud infrastructure platforms. Maintain and enhance Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, and Windows Server environments. Develop and test disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup strategies. Partner with cybersecurity, applications, and business teams to deliver secure and reliable services. Manage infrastructure lifecycle planning, standards, and technology roadmaps. Own infrastructure vendor relationships, licensing, and service contracts. Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and network diagrams. Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives. Provide hands-on support and technical leadership during critical incidents and major projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience. 2+ years of leadership experience managing or leading technical teams. Strong experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
Experience with:
Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 VMware and/or Hyper-V Windows Server Active Directory DNS and DHCP Enterprise backup and recovery solutions Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience supporting multi-site organizations or manufacturing environments preferred. Familiarity with ITIL or similar operational frameworks.
