Pay Rate:

$140,000 - $165,000 a year + bonus This role serves multiple functions within the ITSM framework, focusing on corporate IT infrastructure policy, standards, and procedures related to IT Change Management. The successful candidate will also own and maintain the IT configuration management database (CMDB), requiring expertise in ServiceNow design and data dependencies. This position is key to mapping software applications to hardware and advancing the organization of CMDB data.
