Full Job Description Description Summary:
Works with the Private Bank Operating Committee to drive programs that achieve the Huntington Private Bank's objective of business innovation. Provides leadership and has overall responsibility for planning, directing, and completing activities primarily in the areas of technology and business improvement. Acts as the business segment lead on technology and process improvement projects, tasks, and operations.Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for a portfolio of initiatives that will drive enhanced digital client experience and service through standalone tools and better integration with Huntington systems. Work closely with the Private Bank Operating Committee and National Practice Leads, as well as segment risk, compliance, trust operations, technology, legal, and audit, to proactively identify technology, operational, and business risk issues and develop solutions for improvement. Critically analyze roles and responsibilities and create a "safety net" for activities by installing technology solutions, quality control, and assurance programs. Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processing, improve efficiencies, build scale, and centralize expertise, while aligning with our objective to be a Category of One for client service. Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop front office training to assist in working together as one team with urgency, focus, and flawless execution. Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Wealth & Investment Management business working with banking platforms, trust accounting platforms, digital solutions, operations, and bank systems integration. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and communicate strategic vision to executive management and drive results through implementation.Exempt Status:
