LI-Hybrid Job Summary:
The position will be responsible for the Information Technology (IT) Operations and Affiliates. The position will have responsibility for managing and directing the various aspects of these technologies and services and the regional resources associated with supporting them. This will include IT Management, PC/LAN Telecommunications (including PBX and Voice-over IP (Cisco and Skype for Business), Applications, Nurse Call, Security Technology, Application Development and other technologies and services as needed to support the organization and its Affiliates operations.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the business applications, technology & information technology (IT) operations implementations, standardizations, optimization and support together with the IT department, management, and operations Leadership. Directly supervises Information Technology managers. Provides guidance and direction regarding business application and technology utilization to ensure that standards are in place and are maintained as standards and provides recommendations to IT governance. Provides exceptional communication with all the stakeholders regarding applications and technology to include application and technology capabilities, project status updates, application issues/resolution in order to manage expectations on all requirements and deliverables. Recruits, hires, evaluates, develops, and as necessary terminates employees holding positions within the IT Operations team. Manage the department budget with appropriate forecasting, planning and control activities. Is highly responsive to colleague needs, including training, to assure wide-spread acceptance and use of the business applications and technology. Facilitates cross entity sharing of IT operations knowledge and best practices. Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Management Information, Business Administration or related field
EXPERIENCE
Seven years' experience, with five years' in leadership
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
