Job Summary Aretum is seeking a Facilities and IT Manager that coordinates space planning, facilities requirements, and information technology equipment support across multiple locations while tracking issues, inventory, and workspace needs. Manage records requests, provide guidance to staff, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, and serve as the primary liaison with agency partners to ensure timely and compliant support. Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Coordinate unclassified and classified space planning for CSD, including allocation, reconfiguration, and alignment with agency level space planning initiatives led by OCOS and other facilities stakeholders. Support development of future space usage requirements, including forecasted workforce needs, mission growth, hybrid/telework impacts, and specialized operational space requirements. Work with Business Operations Teams to identify, track, and resolve facilities issues, inquiries, and service requests across multiple CSD locations. Coordinate requirements gathering between CSD subdivisions and agency facilities partners to inform planning for new or modified space, relocations, and workspace optimization initiatives. Provide ongoing communication, reporting, and status updates to CSD leadership on facilities matters, risks, dependencies, and key decision Maintain and track IT equipment issued to or used by CSD personnel, including laptops, peripherals, monitors, and telework related assets, in alignment with OCIO equipment accountability and telework policies.
