Arclin has an immediate opening for an IT Senior Manager - Order-to-Cash and Logistics in our Corporate Headquarters. This is a full-time hybrid role Alpharetta, GA. Position Summary The IT Manager - Customer Fulfillment, Procurement and Logistics Applications is responsible for the strategy, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of applications supporting Arclin's customer service, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations. This role serves as the primary IT partner for Customer Service, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics, with a strong focus on SAP and its integration with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, carriers, and other supply-chain applications. Key Responsibilities Own the application roadmap for customer service, intercompany, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Lead the support and improvement of SAP processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and billing.
