Position Overview The IT Infrastructure Manager is a senior, hands-on technology leader responsible for the Firm's network infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and end-user technology. This position leads infrastructure and security initiatives, strengthens business continuity, and drives technology modernization while collaborating with IT leadership. Responsibilities IT Leadership & Operations
- Lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology modernization initiatives from assessment through implementation.
- Evaluate technology solutions and manage vendors, licensing, renewals, equipment, and related projects.
- Maintain technical documentation, asset records, procedures, and operational controls.
- Lead technical response to significant outages and incidents and escalate material risks to management. Network Infrastructure & Systems
- Administer and support networks, servers, switches, wireless networks, firewalls, internet connectivity, and related infrastructure.
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, Group Policy, VPN, and remote access.
- Monitor system performance, patching, backups, restoration, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, cabling, and connectivity issues.
- Provide support for
AS400/IBM
i systems and related applications, as needed. Cybersecurity & Business Continuity
- Lead cybersecurity controls and practices appropriate for an organization handling sensitive participant, health, financial, and client information.
- Manage endpoint and email security, multifactor authentication, privileged access, encryption, security monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
- Lead incident response, security risk assessments, employee awareness, vendor security reviews, and technology-related audits.
- Maintain and test disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity procedures. End-User Technology & Support
- Deploy, configure, secure, maintain, and support employee laptops, desktops, phones, email, software, printers, scanners, and other related equipment, including VPN access.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, phone, and connectivity issues for on-site and remote employees.
- Support conference room technology, check-scanning equipment, security-related technology, and other Firm systems.
- Coordinate with service providers and technology vendors to maintain reliable and secure operations. Operational Excellence & Professional Responsibilities

- Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in network administration, systems administration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or a related IT role.
- Hands-on experience with production networks, servers, identity and access management, endpoints, backups, and infrastructure security.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, switching, routing, wireless networking, and firewalls.
- Strong Microsoft experience, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Windows desktop environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, incident response, backup/recovery, and secure configuration practices.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent experience and technical training will be considered.
- Experience in employee benefits, financial services, healthcare, insurance, or another data-sensitive environment.
- Experience with iSeries AS/400 and IBM i.
- Familiarity with BASYS or ISSI benefits administration platforms.
- Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or other relevant professional IT or cybersecurity certifications, CISSIP, CISM.
- Experience leading technology modernization initiatives.
