We specialize in end-to-end IT hardware lifecycle management and specialized project support, including: Procurement, imaging, deployment, and installation Data center and desktop refresh projects IT relocations and reconfigurations Secure asset disposition (data destruction & e-waste management) As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a Manager of Operations & Service Delivery to lead and scale our enterprise level IT service operations. Position Overview This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all service delivery operations, including depot and field services, while managing the P&L for our DFW operations. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will play a key role in executing Argus' growth strategy, expanding service capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.

Compensation:

Base salary + performance-based profit incentives Key Responsibilities Service Delivery Leadership Lead and manage Depot Services operations, including: Equipment procurement, imaging, staging and pick, pack and shipping Diagnostics, repair, and refurbishment Asset disposition (resale, recycling, data destruction) Oversee Field Services teams, including: Installation, relocation, break-fix, and decommissioning of IT equipment Data center and desktop project execution On-site customer support and project delivery Operational & Financial Management Full P&L ownership for DFW depot operations Drive operational efficiency, quality standards, and service scalability Build, document, and enforce processes, KPIs, and service standards Partner with executive leadership in support of Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal Team Leadership & Development Hire, train, and develop high-performing service teams Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship Establish a culture of accountability, quality, and customer focused results Customer & Sales Support Support late-stage sales efforts through: Customer site visits and operational walkthroughs Service delivery presentations Finalization of Statements of Work (SOWs) and SLAs Build out and implementation tech delivery & support team models Qualifications Required Experience 10+ years of leadership experience in IT service delivery, operations, or field services Proven success managing technical teams in fast-paced environments Experience in desktop, data center, or infrastructure services Experience with driving P&L based business models College degree preferred, but relevant work experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable Getting things done is the most important aspect of the preferred candidate's background Preferred Background Experience in both Depot (warehouse-based IT services) and Field Services Exposure to enterprise level network, security, and data center environments Experience with enterprise level project-based or service-driven organizations Core Competencies Strong operational leadership with hands-on execution mindset Ability to build and scale teams, processes, and service delivery models Excellent customer-facing and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process discipline Familiarity with New IT Infrastructure Technologies, IT standards, compliance, and ISO frameworks is a plus Additional Requirements Ability to lift to 40 lbs. (IT equipment) and work in active environments Willingness to be personally and directly engaged in day-to-day operations at the Argus facility near the DFW airport This is not a work from home role and not a desk job Why Join Argus?
