t Job Summary Dellta Group Technology & Business Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Operations Manager to lead technology operations, infrastructure services, service reliability, and operational improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will manage technical teams, technology platforms, vendors, budgets, and service-delivery processes while ensuring secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performing technology operations that support business growth. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day technology operations and infrastructure services Manage technology operations, systems, infrastructure, and support teams Oversee cloud platforms, enterprise systems, networks, and critical technology services Establish operational standards, KPIs, service levels, and performance targets Lead incident, problem, change, and service-management processes Manage technology upgrades, migrations, deployments, and modernization initiatives Improve system reliability, availability, scalability, and operational efficiency Drive automation, monitoring, standardization, and continuous improvement Coordinate disaster recovery, backup, resilience, and business continuity planning Partner with cybersecurity, engineering, product, and business teams Manage technology vendors, contracts, licensing, budgets, and service providers Provide operational reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Requirements Significant experience in technology operations, IT operations, infrastructure, cloud services, or technical service delivery Proven experience leading technical teams and complex technology environments Strong understanding of cloud platforms, networks, enterprise systems, and infrastructure operations Experience with incident management, service management, monitoring, and operational governance Knowledge of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and technology risk Experience managing vendors, technology budgets, contracts, and service providers Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience preferred Why Work With Us Competitive senior-level compensation Performance-based bonus opportunities Flexible or hybrid working options Leadership responsibility across critical technology operations Professional development and technology certification support Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives About the Company Dellta Group Technology & Business Solutions LLC provides technology operations, infrastructure, digital transformation, and business solutions. $165,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
