We deliver complete services from system design and production to installation and maintenance, ensuring seamless execution and long-term reliability. Hanyang ENG is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our company's IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support function. This role owns the strategy, planning, and oversight of servers and network infrastructure, IT asset management, and the team's day-to-day technical support operations, while also serving as a hands-on escalation point for complex issues. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the IT support function, setting priorities and ensuring timely resolution of requests received via phone, email, and chat Direct the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Plan and oversee system upgrades, updates, and routine maintenance schedules Establish and enforce standards for user account provisioning, permissions, and password policies in Active Directory and other systems Oversee network infrastructure and connectivity, including Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting escalations Develop and maintain documentation standards for issues, resolutions, and support procedures Own the onboarding and offboarding IT process for new and departing employees Evaluate, negotiate, and approve procurement of IT equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compatibility, and alignment with budget Manage IT inventory and fixed asset management systems, including reporting to leadership Establish and enforce IT policies and data security best practices across the organization Oversee on-site technical support across staff locations (~40 miles), diagnosing and resolving escalated issues Direct the configuration and deployment of local servers supporting site operations with 20+ connected computers Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 5+ years of experience in IT support/systems, including experience leading or supervising IT staff or projects Proven experience managing servers in a Windows Server/Active Directory environment Strong background in computer/PC setup, hardware installation, and maintenance Proficiency troubleshooting Microsoft 365/Outlook and related software issues Experience overseeing IT asset management, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently Certifications required: CompTIA A+, Network+, or
