The role focuses on building Level 4 autonomous capabilities where systems analyze, decide, execute, verify, and continuously adapt with minimal human intervention. Key Responsibilities Define enterprise-wide Autonomous Network architecture and roadmap. Design intent-based networking and autonomous operations frameworks.

Build end-to-end closed-loop systems covering:

Fault Management Performance Management Configuration Management Service Assurance Security Operations Develop autonomous decision engines using AI Agents, LLMs, knowledge graphs, and reinforcement learning. Build self-healing and self-optimizing workflows with automated verification and rollback mechanisms. Implement agentic AI frameworks for assurance, optimization, provisioning, change management, and service fulfillment. Create Digital Twin environments for simulation and autonomous decision validation. Lead cross-domain automation covering RAN, Core, Transport, Cloud, and Edge networks. Establish AI governance, guardrails, explainability, and operational risk controls. Define autonomy KPIs and drive TM Forum ANL Level 4 assessments.
