Manager Senior, Agile Product Management

• Develop, maintain, test and monitor internal control environment to manage risk
• Lead and develop a team for the technology support area through recruitment, coaching and performance management
• Provide leadership in design and optimization of technology support functions
• Identify, research and analyze business, process and technology opportunities
• Define and track metrics (KPIs/KRIs) for technology support capabilities
• Apply technical expertise to technology initiatives while ensuring policy adherence

• 8 years of experience in a technology function within Software Development/Engineering or Infrastructure
• 3 years of direct team lead or management experience of IT professionals
• Hands-on experience spanning requirements to support (requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation)
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technology teams using industry best practices
• Coaching and advising team members to meet project goals and resolve issues
• Ability to drive quality and accountability through technology support teams
• Knowledge in Infrastructure Services, Data or Application Development domains
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
• Experience translating needs into requirements and communicating complex tech decisions to varied audiences
• Understanding of COBIT, ITIL, SaFE and regulatory compliance requirements Key requirements
