This role ensures clients receive high-quality service, identifies opportunities for additional solutions, and acts as the primary liaison between the client and internal technical teams. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned managed service clients. Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct regular account reviews and strategic IT planning sessions. Ensure client satisfaction Account Growth & Sales Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling managed IT services. Develop account growth strategies aligned with client business goals. Prepare proposals, service renewals, and pricing agreements. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions. Provide account performance reports and service summaries. Track renewals, contract terms, and licensing. Required Qualification 1-3 years of experience in IT account management, managed services, or technology sales. Experience working with CRM systems and service management platforms.
