Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required Position The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is the U.S. Government agency in charge of designing, building, launching, and maintaining America's intelligence satellites. Develop. Acquire. Launch. Operate. What You'll Do Collect, track, and manage change tickets in support of project costing tool development and sustainment Work with software developers and engineers coordinating/facilitating tool development and sustainment Perform data management for all IT procurement and software asset management related information Provide process improvement recommendations for all IT procurement and software asset management and related processes Produce IT procurement and software asset management reports using suite of tools to include SAP and ServiceNow Required Associate's Degree (experience can be substituted for degree) Experience in management of Enterprise Licensing (execution, agreements, licensing, and user software interaction) Proficiency with HelpNow and SAP Software Strongly Desired Skills Experience relating to software asset management, management of enterprise licensing to include execution, agreements, licensing, and user software interaction across large-scale IT domains Can work individually and as part of a team; self-starter Previous Westfield's or other IC experience What You'll Love About Apogee Challenging work in support of US Intel Community - a Mission that Matters!
