You will lead matrixed, cross-functional teams to deliver cyber modernization outcomes across the defense portfolio, partnering closely with the CTO Cyber Capability Team Lead to translate practice offerings into executable engagement plans and measurable customer value.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

Lead and coach a matrixed cyber delivery team driving full-lifecycle engagements—from technical security assessment, mitigation strategy selection and through implementation—focused on Zero Trust principles, RMF-aligned architecture, OT/ICS security, and platform & weapons system cyber hardening. Collaborate across capability teams, solution architects, and program leadership to harmonize technical domains (infrastructure, cloud operations, systems engineering, software, AI/ML, DevSecOps, cybersecurity) and produce outcome‑centric deliveries. Map mission requirements to Zero Trust controls, RMF control inheritance/reciprocity, and defense‑grade engineering practices across enterprise IT, edge/OT, and mission platforms; brief executives with concise, data‑driven narratives. Contribute to learning‑forward capabilities and IRAD transitions, evaluating partner/emerging tech delivery performance, and measuring transition‑to‑program (T2P) outcomes to enhance the cyber portfolio.
