We currently have an opening for an IT Director to join our team. This position is on-site based out of Hartford, WI . You'll thrive here if you: Naturally build relationships and enjoy helping people Take initiative and follow through on commitments Bring accountability and integrity to your work Take pride in delivering exceptional customer/employee experiences Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team Value community involvement and relationship-driven service Maintain professionalism and confidentiality Adapt well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail As the IT Director your responsibilities will include: Risk Management IT Risk Assessment Cybersecurity Framework Assessment (NIST) Ransomware Assessment (RSTAT) Asset Management Hardware Software Mobile Devices Facilitate IT Audits/Examinations Conduct Vendor Management Program Security Awareness Incident Response Business Continuity Social Engineering Network Assessment IT infrastructure Phone System Management Applicable policy ownership including: IT Information Security Change Management Vendor Management Lead internal IT Steering Committee Develop and implement IT Roadmap consistent with organizational strategy Responsible for annual IT budget and IT project management Provide help desk support to users. Manage additional staff member/back up as well as third party managed IT provider/vendor Stay current on IT news through reading, education, industry networks All other duties as assigned QualificationsSkills Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred 5-7 years of progressive IT experience required, banking IT experience preferred 3+ years of leadership experience Extensive Knowledge of Office 365, Aristotle Insight, Tandem, Tenable, KnowB4 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information Dependable with strong attendance and scheduling flexibility Benefits of Choosing Forte Bank Competitive Pay Very Generous PTO Plan
