WORSHIP TECH LEAD

Leader Level

ROLE TITLE

Worship Tech Lead

REPORTS TO

Worship Director

REQUIREMENTS

Strong experience with audio, visual, and livestream systems
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure

COMMITMENT

Sundays 30 min prior to services as scheduled.

Mid- week prep as needed.

PURPOSE:

Provide leadership and oversight for all technical elements of the worship services alongside the Worship Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee audio, slides, and livestream execution
Lead and support Worship Tech Assistants
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
Coordinate with worship staff for service needs
Onboard, Train and Apprentice Worship Tech Contributors
