Job Summary:

We are looking for a Principal Project/Program Manager with strong Mining Industry and Digital Transformation experience. The candidate will lead strategic mining transformation programs, work with business and technology executives, develop roadmaps and business cases, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

10+ years of Project & Program Management Strong Mining Industry / Mining Operations experience Mining Digital Transformation / Enterprise Transformation Agile project management Digital Twin, IoT, AI, Analytics & Predictive Modeling Data Strategy KPI Development & Value Realization Business Case & Roadmap development Change Management Stakeholder Management & CXO/Executive Engagement Portfolio Management & Risk Management SDLC & Technology Consulting Operational Excellence Mining Technology Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead large-scale mining technology and digital transformation programs Define project charters, business cases, roadmaps and KPIs Coordinate multiple workstreams and globally distributed teams Identify operational/process/technology gaps and improvement opportunities Manage risks, stakeholders, timelines and project outcomes Drive measurable business value and transformation outcomes
