Its platform integrates implantable neural interfaces, adaptive algorithms, and assistive devices to translate neural intent into real-world action. The company's initial focus is stroke-related motor impairment, with expansion in cognitive decline and other neurological disorders, focusing on long-term solutions for the growing aging population. The Role The software behind our platform spans embedded firmware, patient- and clinician-facing device applications, and cloud infrastructure for model training and data management. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own program management across these work streams: building integrated schedules, tracking cross-team dependencies, running our planning cadence, and keeping software deliverables on track as we drive toward clinical milestones. Key Responsibilities Own program planning and execution across our software and firmware workstreams. Build and maintain integrated schedules across teams; identify, track, and escalate cross-team dependencies and risks before they become slips. Run our planning and delivery cadence (Jira/Confluence): sprint planning support, milestone tracking, dashboards, and clear status reporting to engineering and company leadership.
