As the organization enters a critical phase of product development and validation, they are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional execution across engineering, testing, and manufacturing teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hardware development environments and can drive complex technical programs from prototype through validation and production readiness. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional technical programs across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations. Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate product development activities through engineering build, testing, validation, and launch readiness. Identify program risks, drive mitigation plans, and remove execution roadblocks. Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive stakeholders. Track dependencies across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time delivery. Drive accountability through regular program reviews, action item tracking, and status reporting. Support continuous process improvements to enhance program execution and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience supporting complex engineering or product development programs. Experience leading cross-functional teams in hardware, manufacturing, automotive, energy storage, battery technology, or other advanced technology environments. Strong understanding of engineering development lifecycles, testing, validation, and production readiness. Proven ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with battery systems, energy storage, renewable energy, automotive, industrial equipment, or other electro-mechanical products. Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), design validation, engineering builds, or manufacturing ramp. PMP certification or Agile program management experience. Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering organizations. Top 3 Candidate Requirements Technical Program Management experience leading complex hardware or engineering development programs. Experience driving cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and operations teams. Strong program execution and communication skills , including schedule management, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and delivering technical programs in fast-paced environments.
