- What You'll Do
- As a Project Delivery Manager (PDM), you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of consultants and analysts, supporting the execution of projects within the Transmission Planning & Power Systems Analysis and/or Utility Investment Planning business lines and adjacent service areas.
- Leadership & Team Development
- + Provide leadership to the team; direct and coordinate work assignments and review performance to ensure efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.
- Project & Resource Management
- + Provide expert-level technical guidance and support for consulting engagements in transmission planning, distribution planning, and power systems analysis.
- Strategic & Operational Execution
- + Implement and support firm-wide programs and initiatives; lead your team through organizational change. + Achieve stated financial targets and performance standards. + Collaborate with project managers, managing directors, and proposal teams to support business development and secure new work for the team.
- Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business, or other related field, and 5 years of related experience required.
- Compensation
- $145,000.
