Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join a retail apparel and accessories organization in Chula Vista, California on a Contract basis. This position will guide creative and digital initiatives from kickoff through final delivery, keeping timelines on track and ensuring teams have what they need to execute successful launches. The role works closely with internal partners and external vendors to coordinate assets, resolve roadblocks, and maintain momentum across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Direct creative and digital projects from initial intake to final completion, ensuring schedules, ownership, and deliverables remain clearly defined.
- Assign work to design resources, monitor progress across active initiatives, and adjust timelines as priorities evolve.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to organize launch plans, align creative direction, and support execution for new product introductions.
- Oversee launch readiness by confirming required products, assets, and supporting materials are available for each milestone.
- Lead project meetings, share timely status updates, and keep teams aligned on priorities, deadlines, and next steps.
- Coordinate with outside service providers, including translation and creative partners, to manage output quality and delivery timing.
- Identify project risks or gaps early, develop practical solutions, and keep work moving forward with minimal disruption.
- Support primarily U.S.-focused initiatives while contributing to broader international projects as business needs expand.
- Travel occasionally to assist with events and other company programs, and contribute to the long-term growth of the creative project function.
