This position is a hands-on role that will require managing project tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and performing project implementation activities. The IT Project Manager operates within the regulatory framework established by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Federal Reserve, and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). This role is responsible for ensuring that technology initiatives include appropriate project management tasks, documentation, controls, and status reporting aligned with supervisory expectations for governance, risk management, and operational resilience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of IT Project Management experience. Banking or financial services experience a plus. Strong knowledge of project methodologies and tools. Previous experience with application implementations and data conversions. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with IT infrastructure and operations projects.
