Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology and advanced hardware engineering, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Hardware Engineering department supporting firmware development programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong cross-functional communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

$88/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Own end-to-end program management for firmware development across sensor and perception hardware, compute platform BSP, bootloader, and infotainment ECUs. Build and drive the firmware release plan, ensuring synchronization with hardware build events and vehicle program milestones. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Hardware, Firmware, Validation, Manufacturing, and Procurement to align priorities and deliverables. Drive bring-up readiness with hardware and firmware teams, ensuring firmware components are prepared for hardware arrival and build events. Establish standard reporting processes and communicate program progress, risks, and accomplishments to leadership and stakeholders. What's Needed? 6+ years of Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management experience supporting firmware or embedded software programs. Experience managing firmware through manufacturing, including factory flashing, provisioning, and version control at contract manufacturers. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong background in embedded/firmware development and release management strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to report progress and risks clearly to diverse teams and leadership. What's in it for me?
