The Role:
- Are you a visionary Product Manager who has helped organizations navigate bold technology transformation?
- GM is seeking a forward-thinking, startup-minded Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of critical Corporate Communications platforms and drive meaningful change across the enterprise.
What You'll Do:
- Product Strategy & Leadership
- + Define and own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for GM's Core IT Enterprise Corporate Communications Applications.
- Executive & Business Partnership
- + Partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, clarify priorities, and align on desired outcomes and success metrics.
- Vendor & Platform Strategy
- + Manage strategic relationships with vendors and key partners.
- Value Realization & Optimization
- + Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, quality, productivity, and impact (e.
- Employee Digital Experience Leadership
- + Champion a consistent, intuitive, and personalized employee and manager experience across platforms and endpoints (desktop, mobile, web).
- Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- + Experience leading
Corporate Communications Applications:
Experience supporting enterprise level communication tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, WorkJam, Sharefluence, and Symbolic.AI + Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Technology Management, related field; or equivalent work experience. + 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, digital workplace/collaboration platforms, SaaS applications, or enterprise technology roles. + Demonstrated hands-on experience using tools like Jira to manage complex backlogs, multiple workstreams, and cross-team delivery. + Strong understanding of collaboration and productivity use cases, digital employee experience, and end-user support models. + Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Compensation
- : The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.
- The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of the California Bay Area.
- The salary range for this role is 159,400 and 245,700.
