full-time Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager - Machine Learning for a leading technology client in San Diego. This individual will serve as the owner of multiple high-visibility machine learning initiatives, partnering closely with engineering, data science, QA, and business teams to drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on program leader who can confidently facilitate discussions, identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and delivery timelines. This role will oversee end-to-end program execution, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and Jira-based project management while helping accelerate the delivery of innovative machine learning solutions across a global organization. Experience supporting AI/ML programs and collaborating with highly technical teams is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Own and drive two high-visibility machine learning programs from planning through execution Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, data science, QA, and business stakeholders Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation through Jira Identify project risks and roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership Coordinate ML model development, deployment, and feature delivery efforts - Ensure programs remain on track for deadlines and business objectives Drive alignment across geographically distributed teams Maintain project documentation and improve knowledge-sharing processes through Confluence and internal tools Monitor project health, delivery timelines, and overall program success metrics Required Skills & Experience 6 - 8+ years of Technical Project/Program Management experience owning large-scale initiatives Experience supporting Machine Learning or AI-related project experience Experience utilizing Jira for project tracking, resource allocation, scheduling, and task management Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering projects from initiation through delivery Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across technical and business teams Experience identifying project risks, removing roadblocks, and driving projects to completion Excellent communication skills with confidence speaking up in leadership and collaborative meetings Experience coordinating resources, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams Ability to serve as the project owner and primary point of contact for major initiatives Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience supporting ML model development and deployment programs Background working with Data Science, Data Engineering, or MLOps teams Experience managing global teams across multiple geographic regions Confluence documentation and knowledge management experience Semiconductor, hardware, or advanced technology industry experience
