Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Technical Program Manager, ASIC to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, ASIC, you will be part of the Infrastructure Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$70-80/hr What's the Job? Manage cross-functional infrastructure programs in a matrix organization covering Silicon Engineering, Platform Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations, and vendors. Drive and manage ASIC development and their subsystems with vendors, from concept to production. Provide hands-on program management during all phases of silicon and firmware development including concept, design, fabrication, validation, and production release. Engage with stakeholders to define product development roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Drive program execution to deliver high-quality ASIC solutions and implement process improvements across teams. What's Needed? BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience in ASIC development. 2+ years of experience in Program/Product Management or Engineering Management with a proven track record of delivering successful products. Experience managing ASIC design flow, including architecture, RTL, synthesis, verification, and physical layout. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and organizations. What's in it for me?
