As an NPI Program Manager in Business Operations, you'll be part of the team that keeps that machine running smoothly during the moments that matter most: New Product Introductions and Peak Events. You'll partner with business and technical teams, dig into the details when something needs fixing, and help Apple's B2B Channel deliver on its promise to customers around the world. As an NPI Program Manager, you'll work as an individual contributor consultant within Business Operations, collaborating across business and technical teams to help Operations Systems perform reliably, efficiently, and at scale during Peak Events such as New Product Introductions and Promotions. You'll support process and system execution that helps launch products on time, with high quality, and with maximum customer availability across Apple's B2B Channel.

NPIs are pivotal moments in the life of an Apple product. Success in this role means being organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces someone who communicates easily across teams, stays composed in ambiguity, and helps drive issues to resolution. You'll also need to be comfortable working hands-on in
SAP:
searching orders, investigating discrepancies, and supporting order-level debugging when issues arise, so you can speak clearly to both the business impact and the underlying technical cause.

This role may require occasional travel to align with cross-functional and global stakeholders, and close collaboration with teams across multiple time zones. Responsibilities Support and help evolve roadmaps for NPI tools and products, contributing to enhancements that improve reliability, velocity, and scale.
Support NPI Event management:
cadence setup, communications planning, and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams. Contribute to post-NPI activities including debriefs and operational follow-through, helping turn lessons learned into concrete improvements. Serve as a resource for SAP order investigation - searching, diagnosing, and helping resolve order issues as they surface. Partner with cross-functional and global teams to help anticipate and resolve issues before they impact customer availability. Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years experience as a program manager, project coordinator, or team lead, ideally in a global or matrixed support organization. 3+ years experience with Order to Cash processes and systems. 3+ years experience with
SAP ECC 6 / S/4HANA.
Preferred Qualifications Exposure to developing SLAs for systems and application performance. Familiarity with Business Intelligence and AI/ML technologies. A genuine passion for the customer experience and a customer-first mindset. Understanding of B2B operations fulfillment processes. Experience with

Communicate clearly and professionally with business partners on system issues, status, and resolution strategy. Strong presentation skills - able to explain complex topics, postmortem, and proposals clearly to stakeholders at different levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and comfort engaging across organizational levels. Experience collaborating across cross-functional and/or global teams, with solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills to support a diverse group of stakeholders and manage escalations effectively. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $114,900 and $172,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
