Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in technical program management relevant to data orchestration, visualization, and automation. 2 years of experience in technical infrastructure and data analytics projects. 2 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) security principles, architectures, and technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

Ability to learn and apply new technologies and systems with minimal guidance. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pivot as project needs and emerging company priorities. This role calls for a blend of leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep technical expertise to manage projects that are central to the operational excellence and strategic growth of CSRM. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of secure data warehouses for centralizing information from sources. Architect and develop data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. Architect, build, and deploy comprehensive functionalities to support various programs. Utilize agile methodologies and other program management tools to enhance team effectiveness and project delivery.
