Quality Program Manager Job Description The Technical Operations Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of PCB-based power electronics systems. This role requires a blend of quality assurance and project management skills, focusing equally on managing RMAs, vendor coordination, and production issue tracking, as well as acting as the central coordination point between internal teams, contract manufacturers, and customers. While deep technical debugging is not required, an understanding of manufacturing environments and the ability to drive resolution of quality and production issues is essential. Responsibilities Own the RMA process and ensure resolutions across teams. Act as the primary liaison between the company, contract manufacturers, and customers. Lead weekly customer calls to discuss production issues, yield, and throughput. Coordinate engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to track and resolve quality issues. Manage documentation, organization, and issue tracking in an unstructured environment. Essential Skills Over 3 years of experience in a PCB manufacturing environment. Experience in quality engineering or a quality-focused role. Proficiency in managing RMAs, returns, or production issues. Strong coordination and project management skills. Experience working with contract manufacturers and vendors. Ability to manage cross-functional communication under pressure. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in aerospace, medical device, or high-reliability manufacturing. Exposure to power electronics or hardware systems. Understanding of schematics, circuits, and documentation packages. Experience in a startup or scaling manufacturing environment. Familiarity with test processes such as FCT and ICT. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $77.00/hr.
