We are looking fora strong Technical Project Manager to work fully onsite with our global client in Orange, CT. Project Overview The client is continually launching new initiatives within its IT Infrastructure organization and is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects. This role will focus on coordinating multiple IT infrastructure initiatives while ensuring alignment with the organization's technical strategy, architecture standards, and PMO methodology Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple IT infrastructure projects end to end Participate in project scope definition, technical solution design, budget estimation, and resource planning Contribute technical expertise in IT infrastructure, including platform upgrades and refresh initiatives Design and support key technology platforms across enterprise environments Provide technical input into architectural planning to ensure feasibility, alignment, and budget accuracy Develop detailed project timelines considering technical complexity and interdependencies Prepare and maintain infrastructure standards, including build and configuration documentation Perform technical assessments and evaluations across infrastructure options Supervise hardware and software installation activities and provide expert guidance as needed Propose project work programs and execution plans Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans Prepare project definitions, reports, and participate in project committees and governance forums Monitor and control project tasks, milestones, and critical path activities Lead and support the implementation of technical solutions in alignment with client's technical strategy Maintain project tasks, status updates, and progress tracking within ServiceNow Manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting on variances Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate regular project status meetings Collaborate with local and global stakeholders, including senior leadership and business units Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and PMO methodologies Support the development and improvement of project management procedures Identify training needs and assist in the preparation of training plans Execute project closeout activities, including evaluations, success metrics, and lessons learned Drive innovation and develop solutions where precedents may not exist Create and maintain comprehensive technical and project documentation Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale IT infrastructure projects for global organizations. Deep technical expertise across the following domains: IT Infrastructure Delivery Data Center and Facility Projects Network and Systems Implementations Enterprise Platform Delivery Cloud and Hybrid Environments High-Availability and Secure Systems Experience managing relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors/suppliers Advanced knowledge of: Kanban methodology JIRA Microsoft Project Preferred CertificationsPMI / PMO
